Photographing newborns has been such an amazing journey for me. I get my baby fill on a regular basis, holding those sweet newborns while they sleep and eat is so precious. I also am amazed that I can give these families a gift they will treasure forever – photographs of their newborn. Very rarely will a parent remember those first few days with total clarity since they are sleep deprived and full of new love, but with these photographs they can look at them and treasure those moments! The newborns also change so quickly that never again will they look as they did when they were 14 days old! I often think if I could go back to the newborn days’of my boys, I would have found someone to take photographs of us.
